biography

British sculptor and artist Suzie Chaney spent her early life in Hertfordshire. Education was followed by a series of uninspiring jobs in various UK locations.

In 1998, while living in Norfolk she enrolled on a part-time art course, where she was amazed to discover an unknown enthusiasm and flair for sculpture. This was followed by a BA in Fine Art/Sculpture at Norwich School of Art and Design, from which she graduated in 2004. During this time she frequently exhibited and sold her work, and ran creative workshops for primary school-aged children.

Currently settled with her husband and three children in South West France, she continues to create curious and thoughtful art, maintaining her commitment to her art and exhibiting, and constantly exploring inventive means of creativity and expression.
